Flan de Coco Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped up coconut
  • 6 eggs

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients in an electric blender. Pour the content into a bowl and bake at 180° C for 45 minutes (or until you can stick a knife in and pull it out clean). Cool down, losen the sides with a knife, so the flan can be removed from the bowl.

Difficulty: very easy

Notes:

If you have enough whiteware it is best to use 12 small bowls, instead of one big one.
