Mango Ceviche Recipe

Ceviche is a traditional Peruvian raw fish dish.

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 green mangoes
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Worchester Sauce

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with galletas (soda crackers) as a starter or bar snack.
